RULES

1.  Photos must be taken within the last 36 month (3yrs) the foal horse is to be no older then 11 months at the time of photo.

2.  Entries are $5.00 per class

3.  One photo can be used for more then one class

4.  We understand that foals can be quite difficult to get that perfect picture so as long as it’s a side shot we are happy to use the photo. Please no rear or front shots in breed classes.

5.  Entries close on the 31st of March 2009

6.  Entries will be judged by the 31st of April 2009

7.  Results will be announced by the 31st of April 2009

8.  Ribbons and prizes will be forwarded by the end of May 2009

9.  Judges decision is final

10. NO REFUNDS

11. Pending Registrations will be accepted

12. One horse per email

13. Photos must be accompanied by:

            The Owners name

            Postal address

            Payment method (including reference used on direct debits)

            Horses Name

            Horses Breed

            Horses Registration (if registered)

            Horses Date of Birth

            Ring & Class numbers entered

14. Please Forward all enquires and entries to Jen McCue

15. Payments can be made by either Direct Deposit or Cheque

16. Only exhibit numbers will be shown until the show has been judged
