Rules

1. Entries Open 10th NOVEMBER  2010

2. Entries Close 10th February 2010

3. Entries Judged by the END OF April 2011.

4. Ribbons & Trophies to be posted by the end of May 2011.

5. All horses must be registered with their respective breed society, please include

Their numbers when entering (except for unregistered horses competing in the other breed, any breed or hack section). Sorry NO PENDING REGISTRATIONS EXCEPTED FOR QUARTER PONIES (by request of the AQPHA) these horses can compete in unregistered section.

6. No registration required for buckskin and palomino classes, however horses

 Must conform to colour standards. Unregistered horses can be entered into the other breed section and any other class that is not breed specific.

7. Photos taken from the horses near side are preferred, horse to be wearing no ribbons or awards. Horse to be standing still. The entire animal must be shown in the photo. Photos taken

on angles WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED they do not allow the judge to inspect the animal properly. HORSES TO BE SHOWN AS THE AGE THEY ARE IN PHOTO! Photos must be an attachment and in

jpeg format to be excepted.

8. Ridden classes: Horses must be photographed at the trot only.

9. Presentation does not need to be of show standard but the equine should be

 clean, neat and tidy.

10. Minimum of Four entrants in each breed section for sashes to be awarded

for champion or Reserve champion. Special Bronze Awards have been donated for All champions of the 2010/2011 show with all reserves awarded sashes. No sash for Supreme instead we have been sponsored a beautiful Bronze horse head trophy.

11. Ribbons will be awarded to 3^rd place.

12. Optional for handlers to be shown in halter classes.

13. All breed section is open to any breed.

14. Other breed section is open to any breed not already included in the

program,  including unregistered horses.

15. Futurity & Maturity classes 1st place receive a rosette award, 2nd and 3rd place will win a ribbon.

16. Photos must be accompanied by:

      The Owners name

     Postal Address

     Payment Method & Amount (must include reference used on direct deposit)

     Horses Name

     Horses Breed

     Horses Registration (if registered)

     Horses DOB

     Ring & Class numbers entered

Picture must be attached, use horses name on file and  picture must be Jpeg format ! No photos sent via mail will be accepted sorry.

17. Please remember one horse per email, otherwise mistakes can occur.
